Scarborough Middle School administrators and teachers, community members, and business representatives came together on August 1, 2007 to discuss the upcoming School Renewal Project at the school. The following projects will be completed by September 15, 2007:

Library renovations and book drive
Mural painting in hallways, common areas and bathrooms
Landscaping along front drive/entrance to school and garden in courtyard
Construction of outdoor classroom in courtyard
Renovation and creation of baseball field, basketball court, and other sports fields

Volunteer Mobile is currently recruiting volunteers to help with this incredible project! We need volunteers to help with registration, food/drink, first aid, logisitics, and on the projects. The Scarborough community comes together to discuss plans for the upcoming School Renewal Project to be completed at the school on September 15, 2007. The group discussed the school's needs, suggested projects and voted on the five best ideas.
